The head of digital accounts is responsible for providing both strategic and tactical leadership for very large / very complex projects.  These projects require FDA audits / FINRA audits / SOP reviews and a very deep understanding of heavy application development, both native mobile and web (and sometimes our own software / hardware).  Not your typical BS web banner / wordpress dev… we don’t do that type of work and neither should you, smarty-pants.

This role needs to understand each and every part of the project in great detail.  You will be interacting with a team of developers, project managers, engineers and creatives and they will expect you to know the answers.

The clients will expect you to be an expert in the field and charming at dinner.  You will be expected to keep both sides on time and happy.

This role will also be responsible for suggesting brilliant ideas that can help the client reach goals they didn’t know they had.

What we really really want:

  • 5-7 years of managing iOS or Android or web application or Java or whatever stack application development
  • AI, machine learning, image recognition or any next gen tech is a huge bonus
  • You want to be engaged with every part of the project from concept to completion
  • You have no problem getting in the trenches and project managing your way out of a problem, there is nothing beneath you
  • You are currently leading a LARGE team of folks that are building the next generation of sites and applications
  • You have some pretty big national if not global projects under your belt
  • You understand each part of the development cycle and how to predict issues with timelines, vendors, budgets, etc
  • You have written scopes for projects over 1MM and developed timelines for multi-year engagements
  • You want to grow the business you have and like looking for clients you want to work for
  • You can pass a background check
  • You can spell check and have better grammar than the person that wrote this…

Our project managers make the world go round, and we’re looking for someone to join our team. You’re crazy talented at managing interactive projects from concept to design to implementation. You’ve got lots of ideas and you’re not afraid to share them. You can manage client expectations, budgets, assets and scopes like it’s no big thing. Organization and attention to detail excite you. Most importantly, you can interpret what the client needs, and work with creative and development teams to deliver the right stuff, each and every time. You own the process and make sure it’s working. If it doesn’t, you take ownership to fix it.

Sound familiar? Then let’s talk.
