Challenge

We are a diverse group of engineers, developers, designers, mathematicians and strategists with expertise in building custom hardware and software solutions for our clients. This often means that the components we need for complex hardware and software solutions aren’t available in the consumer market, or rapid prototyping with an outside source completely blows a clients’ timeline and budget.

Solution

We've built a lab to help us solve the unique problems that our clients have, without relying on other businesses to create a solution. This gives us the ability to build what we need quickly and affordably onsite. Rapid prototyping can take 12 weeks in outside firms, but we can do it in as little as a week. We have the ability to machine our own parts and write bespoke software that exists on our own PCBs (Programmable Circuit Boards).

Results

Using stereoscopic video, IR, LiDAR, voice recognition, and GPS technologies we are able to capture multiple data points with one pass down a power line, pipeline or surface mapping. All data points are then transferred to a cloud-based online mapping service.

Our Tapbot robot determines the cellular tap latency on various mobile device to help clients determine a user’s cognitive recognition. 

Sparrow Track & Locate is a lightweight and versatile APRS tracker developed specifically for hM’s near space exploration. Our APRS tracker is thoughtfully engineered for various aircraft use - in addition to drones, RC, weather balloons, UAVs and virtually any other transmitter needs. 

Additionally, we have built multiple pieces of hardware, bespoke software, and rapid prototypes to solve our clients’ unique problems.
